Hann-Me-Down Curated Secondhand Clothing Bundles and individual Hann-Me-Down items from my own wardrobe will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available rate.

Individuals in the greater Nashville area are welcome to pick up bundles or individual items from me at no additional cost. Alternatively, I’m happy to ship items at the following flat rates:

• The Mini: $10 shipping fee
  The Standard: $35 shipping fee
  The Seasonal Bundle: $14 shipping fee per bundle

Shipping is currently only available within the United States.

Absolutely! Once I get a label generated, I’ll send you an email with the tracking info.

At this time, I do not offer refunds. If you find an item in your bundle or an individually purchased item from my wardrobe isn’t a great fit, I encourage you to continue the tradition and excitement of hand-me-downs and offer it to a friend or family member! Alternatively, you could list the item on a reselling site/app like Poshmark or Mercari to make some money back while getting the item into the hands of someone who may love it! As a last resort, I would recommend simply donating the item to your local thrift or charity shop.

You betcha! Each item in your bundle will be carefully inspected, repaired or spot-treated if needed, and sanitized prior to shipping. 

In an effort to ensure each bundle is assembled with a great attention to detail, I do limit how many bundles I’m able to accommodate at any given time. Availability will be reflected on the bundle page and the intake form.
